POWER PLANT OPERATION
M Schlitten offers profound advisory services for the whole life cycle of a power plant. Due to our long term technical and commercial expertise we act as your consulting partner from the very first moment of your investment: Starting in the phase of project development and financing to the phase of acquisition and construction and operation up to a potential disinvestment of the power plant.
In the project development phase the range of consultancy contains search for project rights - analysis and - selection, area development with international cooperation partners, performance of feasibility studies, approval procedures and negotiation of power purchase agreements. Within the project financing phase we put you in contact with equity providers and investors, manage your credit negotiations and also undertake the bank-reporting.
During the construction phase we consult regarding organization, tendering and contracting. Additionally, we offer you professional and entire project management including continuous construction progress check and report.If your focus is on existing power plants, we find the energy production plant that exactly corresponds to your investment criteria, as we are market specialists.
Optimization and management, O&M, of cogeneration power plants is our main objective.
We support in developing the most efficient, clearly defined and standardized organization processes, implementing and working with an online-monitoring-system. In case of need, we undertake the whole restructuring of your asset.
M Schlitten sells laboratory instruments and apparatus for conducting chemical reactions and tests under heat and pressure. The reactors and pressure vessels include both standard designs and custom-built equipment in laboratory and pilot plant sizes. Uses for this equipment are found in a broad range of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and biotech research, development and control laboratories.

The energy market is changing. Regarding the production of electricity, we are facing a new energy mix, that contains two major components: First: Even in the future renewable energies will be preferred according to the so called “Merit Order”. Second: The period of attractive energy feed-in tariffs is finite.
